Elizaveta was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine. She holds a Bachelor’s degree
in
Cybersecurity (2020) and a Master’s degree in Law (2022) from the
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, one of the country’s
leading universities in the fields of security and legal studies.
She began her career in the police service, where she developed
discipline, responsibility, clarity in communication and strong
attention to detail. Working closely with people in high-pressure
environments helped her build strong people-reading skills and the
ability to analyse situations quickly; qualities that now support her
in
guiding real estate clients with confidence.
Driven by curiosity and a desire to grow, she later transitioned into
marketing and SMM, working as a digital marketer and Meta Ads
specialist. This experience strengthened her strategic thinking and
gave
her a modern understanding of customer behaviour, branding and
digital
communication.
Her international path continued on a cruise ship, where she worked
in
the Security Department with guests from all over the world. This
role
broadened her cultural awareness, strengthened her English,
introduced
her to Italian and solidified her commitment to delivering
exceptional
customer service. Her first visit to Tenerife in 2022 made a lasting
impact, and she chose to relocate to the island in 2023.
Recognising Tenerife’s unique potential, she founded Alfa Betta
Travels,
a project focused on tailor-made journeys. Creating personalised
itineraries taught her how to anticipate client needs, manage complex
logistics and ensure seamless, detail-oriented experiences, qualities
she now brings into her work in real estate.
She trained for many years in gymnastics, ballroom dancing and
draughts,
achieving competitive results including a Top-10 position in
international draughts tournaments. These disciplines developed her
precision, discipline, focus and confidence, shaping her professional
attitude today.
By the age of 26 she had visited 30 countries and lived abroad for
four
years. She enjoys running, surfing, travelling, discovering new
experiences and living life with intention. Her core values are
responsibility, proactivity and full commitment to results. In real
estate, she is passionate about connecting buyers and sellers,
helping
people find a home that truly fits them, with care, clarity and
attention to every detail.
