In the fishing village of Las Maretas del Río, on the coast of Arico, a restaurant located just 20 meters from the ocean is transferred. The restaurant has a bar and equipped kitchen, with everything you need: refrigerators, vertical freezer, deep fryers, industrial fires, dishwasher, smoke extractor, etc. The dining room with 14 tables can accommodate up to 35 people, on the outside there are 2 terraces, one of which is a few meters from the sea. There are also 2 bathrooms and a chillout area with a sofa. The restaurant has been active with this typology since 2019, having a fixed clientele and a flow of tourists and locals who stop by to enjoy a good meal by the ocean. The monthly rent is only €500.
